Mary Faller Duxbury is a native of Carlisle and returned 'home' after 40 years of military life living in various towns and countries. Her Faller family roots in Carlisle history date back to 1823 when her great-great grandfather, Johann Baptiste Faller, arrived in Carlisle from the Black Forest in Germany.

Alan Duxbury hails from Great Britain where he grew up about an hour south of Carlisle, UK. He and Mary have visited that Carlisle and are happy to talk about the relationship between the towns, and the many ways in which Carlisle, PA pays tribute to its older twin.

Both Mary's and Alan's first loves include entertaining and cooking so they look forward to meeting and serving each of their guests.
